He was rescued and then was lucky enough to quickly find a forever home. Or so we thought... Unfortunately, Singen is having difficulty adjusting to the two young children in his new home. His family has made the hard decision to find a new home for him where he will be happier. He is super sweet and loves to snuggle. While Singen has a fantastic personality with adults, he should not be placed in a home with children. Since he is very high energy, he needs to find a home where someone can give him daily vigorous exercise. Singen loves to play with other dogs at the dog park. His ideal home would have a large fenced yard where he can run and chase balls. Other favorite activities include laying in the sunshine, car rides, and sitting on the couch. Singen has a high prey drive and cannot be placed in a home with cats, small animals, or birds. Singen has had some obedience training and knows the Sit, Come, Off, and No commands. However, Singen could use additional training for leash walking (he sometimes pulls) and to address his socialization issues. He is overly protective of his people. Domino is a little shy around strangers and can feel threatened by them. Since he loves to chew, he needs to be crated when his people are away or asleep.
