2005 BMW E46 M3 ZCP in Arlington, Virginia For Sale

I'm selling my xxxx BMW M3 Competition package (ZCP), SMG, Interlagos Blue/Black Leather, 107,910 miles. 2nd owner. I bought it in Orlando with 40,500 miles. Was $64k new. Only changes from stock are a Magnaflow exhaust, K&N Air Intake, and interior lights. This rare E46 M3 came with every option available option that I am aware of except for the rear sun screen: Competition Package (CSL M-track mode DSC, cross-drilled rotors, stiffer suspension, alcantara steering wheel + hand brake handle and cube aluminum interior trim.), Cold Weather Package, 3-Stage Heated Seats, Premium Package - Power Seats with Power width and lumbar adjustments, Harmon/Kardon Sound, Park Distance Control (for the rear), Xenon Headlights, Power Glass Moonroof, Ski Bag-Rear Fold Down Seats, Navigation (stopped working ~60k miles -- may be a fairly easy fix but I never tried b/c no need for it). It also comes with OEM floor mats and rubber mats over them.
I just put in a new battery. I had the dreaded SMG problem around 99,000 miles and have had it fixed (hydraulic pump, slave cylinder, turning fork, Clutch, flywheel) along with front inner and outer tie rods, Inspection II service with valve adjustment, AC belt replaced, Serpentine belt replaced, radiator hose and coolant temp sensor, and rear trailing arm bushings.
Things it needs:
Crack in windshield
Front brakes
Front tires
Cigarette lighter (probably a fuse) (car has never been smoked in)
Back left tire needs a patch. Leaks air very slowly. (need to fill some once every 2 or 3 weeks)
Imperfections:
Back left fender small scratch
Front left fender 2 small dents
Front right fender scratch that could probably be buffed out
Clear bra on front has never been taken off so is really on there.
This is really a wonderful car that I have always babied -- not quite garaged since I have never had one, but always try to park the furthest away at any parking lot and end up being yelled at by anyone I'm with for being weird and walking so far, never tracked, never done a burnout, and never allowed food or pets in it. The SMG problem really hurt and I now have a more efficient cheap car. . . a Prius. .. yes. . . I know. . . 571-263-xxxx
