Unfortunately, the woman became overwhelmed by trying to care for too many animals. This is a happy, charming guy. He needs to find a person or family to give him the love he deserves. Since he has lived outdoors in a rural area, Smiley will need to learn basic house manners and get used to urban life. Smiley bonded quickly with his foster family. He gets along with the 2 female dogs that he's currently living with in his foster home. Charlie does fine in the home when he is left alone.
